Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between El Cucuy (ranked 23796 p4p, 5498 weight class) and Crackhead Jamie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, El Cucuy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Crackhead Jamie!
The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, William Gold and James Glass.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Cucuy connects with an inside leg kick.
Jamie avoids a punch combination nicely.
Jamie unleashes a big counter combination but Cucuy bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
Jamie keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
El Cucuy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Jamie throws out a counter right but Cucuy avoids it with no problem.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Horrible takedown attempt by Cucuy or perhaps it was just good defense by Jamie, which made it look bad.

Jamie is looking to get back to is feet but Cucuy passes into side control.

Cucuy shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Jamie as he jumps to the side.

Cucuy shoots in looking for a takedown but Jamie manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Cucuy's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Jamie lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.

Cucuy shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Jamie sprawls well. Jamie wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Cucuy gets slowly back to his feet.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Cucuy fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Cucuy looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Cucuy throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.

That was a close round but I would say that El Cucuy will probably get the nod.

Jamie looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
El Cucuy is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Some bone on bone action there as Jamie checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

Cucuy throws a sloppy head kick and Jamie moves out of range easily.
Jamie is clearly looking to counter with head kicks.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Cucuy swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

Cucuy throws a right and a left that Jamie avoids nicely.
Cucuy shoots for a double leg takedown but Jamie sprawls well. He's pushed Cucuy's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Cucuy closes this distance looking for a takedown but Jamie circles away.

Jamie comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.

Jamie lands a nice shot to the body.
Jamie struggles to land a body shot inside as Cucuy controls his hands.
Jamie tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Cucuy blocks a body shot from Jamie.
Cucuy blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Cucuy's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Jamie throws an elbow but it misses.
With the fighters up against the cage, Jamie throws an elbow but misses.
Jamie lands a right hand.
Jamie stops a takedown attempt from Cucuy.
Cucuy blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Jamie tries a body shot but Cucuy blocks it.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Cucuy prevents a body shot from Jamie.
Jamie tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Jamie pushes off an throws an elbow but Cucuy leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Cucuy feints a jab promting Jamie to slip. Cucuy then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Jamie slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

Cucuy fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Jamie avoids it really well and circles away.

Cucuy throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Cucuy goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

and Jamie counters with a deadly accurate combination that rocks Cucuy badly! He tries to strike back but Jamie puts an end to that with another precision combo that knocks Cucuy out cold! Oh man, Cucuy will never hear the end of this one!
