Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Thorvald Nansen (ranked 1631 p4p, 2268 weight class) and Showtime Sitsongrit (ranked 223 p4p, 297 weight class). Nansen comes to the cage accompanied by Benny Jamz - Torden. The crowd seem to be enjoying Sitsongrit's choice of entrance music: ศึกษานารี - LABANOON. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 12 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Thorvald Nansen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Showtime Sitsongrit!
The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Trevor Gratis and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nansen throws a body kick despite being completely out of range
and Sitsongrit counters with a one-two to the body.
Nansen will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Sitsongrit flicks out a counter leg kick but Nansen steps away.
Sitsongrit throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Nansen scores with a body shot.
Sitsongrit looks to score with a jab to the body but Nansen is just out of range.
Sitsongrit lands a left and a right that send Nansen crashing to the mat, dazed. Sitsongrit thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Nansen is rocked!
It looks like Thorvald Nansen has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Sitsongrit swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Nansen seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.
Oh Nansen is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Nansen uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Sitsongrit.
Sitsongrit attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Nansen seems to have got his legs back now.
Sitsongrit throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Nansen connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
and Sitsongrit counters with a massive uppercut that badly hurts Nansen! He's just covering up as Sitsongrit starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:41 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Showtime Sitsongrit!
Our winner, Showtime Sitsongrit, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
