Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Aaron King!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Jose Rizal!
The judges for this bout are Winston Alpacca, Bart Greer and Dirk Anderson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rizal throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Rizal throws a push kick but King slaps the foot to one side.
King tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Rizal was well out of range. Poor timing from King.
King really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Rizal gets a double leg takedown into King's guard.
Rizal is pushing down on King's leg trying to pass to half guard. King is fighting to maintain full guard but Rizal has managed to sneak the leg through.
Rizal trying to mount his opponent but King defends it.
King knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Rizal on the ground.

Rizal is sneakily working for an arm triangle but King sees it coming and defends easily.
Rizal is keen to just control but King is a slippery customer.
King is looking to escape.
Rizal wants to pass to mount but King is defending the position.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Rizal keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
Rizal has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Rizal avoids the attempt from King to control.

Rizal working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. King turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Rizal off and cradles King's limp body as Rizal celebrates with his corner.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:52 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Anaconda Choke). Jose Rizal!
The defeated Aaron King had this to say: 'It is what is. Ima take some time off. Good shit to my opponent though.'.
