Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Titan Zeus!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Ammad Ominateu!
The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, Santiago Holmes and Winston Alpacca.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ominateu shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Zeus as he avoids it easily.
A counter left hand to the body from Zeus misses its target.
We've been told by Zeus's head coaches at PhoQus Island Training that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Ominateu fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Zeus throwing a counter right hand but Ominateu manages to avoid it.
Ominateu tries to close the distance and clinch but Zeus swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Ominateu throws a sloppy head kick
and Zeus counters with a left to the body.
Ominateu shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Zeus counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Titan Zeus has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ammad Ominateu.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

and Zeus counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
It looks like Ammad Ominateu has been cut.
Ominateu gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Zeus counters with a straight right hand.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Ominateu misses with a takedown attempt
and Zeus counters with a crisp right hand that drops Ominateu! Zeus lets Ominateu back up to his feet, looking for a finish!

and Zeus makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.

and Zeus counters with a nice body shot.
Ominateu tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Ominateu takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Ominateu misses with a takedown attempt
and Zeus counters with a nice right hand that sends Ominateu toppling to the canvas! Ominateu scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Zeus finish him?!
Ominateu shoots for a double leg takedown but Zeus sprawls well. He's pushed Ominateu's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

and Zeus counters with a right hand from hell and Ominateu is out cold! A vicious knockout!
