Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Rustam Kadurov (ranked 2346 p4p, 3620 weight class) and Ridley Scott (ranked 297 p4p, 443 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Rustam Kadurov!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Dillan Fox and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kadurov closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Kadurov is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Scott will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Scott working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Kadurov, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

A very excited looking Rustam Kadurov rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
