Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Haise Sasaki (ranked 96 p4p, 75 weight class) and Vincent Lomax (ranked 15 p4p, 13 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lomax takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Sasaki misses with a hook. Lomax ducked under it nicely.
Lomax tries to counter with a clinch but Sasaki shakes him off and moves away.
Sasaki moves away from the strike by Lomax.
Sasaki throws a hook but Lomax avoids it easily.
Lomax looks to score with a jab to the body but Sasaki is just out of range.

It looks like Haise Sasaki has been cut.
Sasaki throws a right and a left that both miss.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Sasaki crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Lomax - the referee stops the clock and Sasaki gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Lomax. Sasaki manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Sasaki lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Lomax has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Lomax and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
It seemed like Lomax was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

Lomax has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

That kick from Sasaki tenderised Lomax's leg. Lomax is trying to keep his angry face on.
The fight stays on the outside here - Sasaki looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

That was a close round but I would say that Haise Sasaki will probably get the nod.

Vincent Lomax decided to call for a title shot in his post fight interview, which was very strange given the fact this fight was for a title and he's already the champion. I guess that's what getting punched in the head does for you.
