Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Paul Hausser (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Miyamoto Usagi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hausser shoots in for a takedown but Usagi shows good takedown defense.
Usagi fails to land with a series of punches.

Hausser shoots for a double leg takedown but Usagi sprawls well. He's pushed Hausser's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

It looks like Paul Hausser has been cut.

Hausser looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Usagi has picked Hausser up and slammed him! Hausser can't keep hold of the triangle and Usagi manages to pass to side control!

Usagi fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Hausser manages to avoid it.

Well Usagi has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
