With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Reggie Charles! The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Yves DeLean and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Charles takes a swing at Veal's ribcage but misses. Veal lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Charles shoots in and bounces Veal off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Charles controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Veal is looking to cinch up a triangle. Charles throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Veal's body to avoid the submission. Veal has instead reached around Charles's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Veal arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Tyler Veal!
