Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Calisto Rodri (ranked 4005 p4p, 4387 weight class) and Tren Bolen (ranked 421 p4p, 441 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bolen motions for Rodri to come forward. Bolen throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Rodri swings widly with a right hand
and Bolen moves into the clinch.
Bolen has Rodri pressed against the cage.

Rodri avoids the elbow strike from Bolen, against the cage.
Bolen creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Rodri's defenses.
It looks like Calisto Rodri has been cut.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Bolen throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
Bolen lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.

Bolen pushes off an throws an elbow but Rodri leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.

Bolen pulls back and lands a big elbow that stuns Rodri! Bolen unloads with more strikes and Rodri sinks to his knees! This one is all over!
