The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Harklie forces Wong back against the cage and clinches.

Harklie tightens his grip and picks Wong up, before dumping him to the ground. Wong manages to land in guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Wong looking for a guillotine here but Harklie defends easily.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Harklie cracks Wong with a big right hand but Wong just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

Wong is rocked!
Harklie lands a big elbow and you can see that really hurt Wong! Harklie senses the opportunity and scores with more strikes - he's put Wong out! The ref tackles him out of the way to prevent him landing more strikes - this one is all over!

After winning the bout, Grant Harklie thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
