Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Augusto Pupa Jr!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Osman Mustafa!
The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Felipe Paraventi and Mauricio Rocha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mustafa tries to bum rush Pupa Jr with a series of wild strikes but Pupa Jr uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Pupa Jr scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Mustafa wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!
Pupa Jr trying to control the action but Mustafa is working from the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Mustafa wants to get back to his feet.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Pupa Jr will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters, thinking about a standup.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up.
Mustafa drops Pupa Jr with a beautiful combination! Pupa Jr stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Mustafa is looking for the KO!
It looks like Augusto Pupa Jr has been cut.
Mustafa misses with a double jab.
Mustafa paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Mustafa blocks a head kick by Pupa Jr.
Pupa Jr throws a wild hook but Mustafa just manages to duck under it and - ooooh! Pupa Jr gets nailed by a brutal uppercut which crumples him back against the cage! The referee jumps in - Mustafa raises his hands in celebration and walks away!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Osman Mustafa!
