Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Joshi Dell (ranked 1727 p4p, 2601 weight class) and Clay Hayden (ranked 236 p4p, 329 weight class). Joshi Dell could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Clay Hayden's chin.

The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Robert Douchet and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hayden's coach down at Tycoon Gym was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Hayden's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Clay Hayden seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Hayden counters with a shoot takedown. Dell fights it but they end up in guard.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Dell is pressed up against the cage. Hayden has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Dell down to the mat. Dell avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Clay Hayden showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!

Clay Hayden comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Hayden has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
