Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Yee Ha! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Saddsa Saddas! The judges for this bout are George Francis, Alan Glass and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A telegraphed takedown attempt from Saddas is defended easily by Ha. Ha decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Ha trying to control the pace. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Ha has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ha's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Ha is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Saddas is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:38 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Yee Ha!
