The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McGuilicuty throws a right hand that misses
and Momomoto counters with a nice uppercut.
McGuilicuty lands a jab to the head.
Momomoto lands with a good body shot.
Momomoto tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but McGuilicuty was well out of range. Poor timing from Momomoto.
Momomoto connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
McGuilicuty throws an overhand right that lands on Momomoto's shoulder, as Momomoto tries to avoid the shot.
Momomoto on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Momomoto looks to land a left hand but McGuilicuty moved out of range nicely.
Momomoto connects with the punch.
Sloppy strikes from Momomoto. Those never looked like landing.
McGuilicuty throws a lazy uppercut
and Momomoto cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Momomoto definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
McGuilicuty waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Momomoto.
Momomoto swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Momomoto uses good head movement to avoid the hook from McGuilicuty.

enabling Momomoto to counter with a crisp jab.

McGuilicuty loads up on a big right hand but Momomoto slips the punch.
Momomoto steps to the side to avoid the strikes from McGuilicuty.
McGuilicuty's coach down at PhoQus Island Training was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on McGuilicuty's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
McGuilicuty might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

and Momomoto counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Momomoto is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
McGuilicuty throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Momomoto cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

McGuilicuty is rocked!
McGuilicuty loses concentration momentarily and Momomoto pounces with a three punch combo! Right, left, right! McGuilicuty crashes face first to the mat, out cold! Momomoto finishes this one with a fantastically precise combo! Great stuff.
