Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Fyodor Dmitriev (ranked 2250 p4p, 2687 weight class) and Mariusz Pudzianowski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 52 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Mariusz Pudzianowski!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Stewart Dunkirk and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pudzianowski takes one on the button.
It looks like Mariusz Pudzianowski has been cut.
Pudzianowski shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Some bone on bone action there as Dmitriev checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Dmitriev swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Pudzianowski keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Dmitriev.
Pudzianowski thows a leg kick but Dmitriev checks it
and Dmitriev counters with a nice right hand that sends Pudzianowski toppling to the canvas! Pudzianowski scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Dmitriev finish him?!

and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Pudzianowski throws a leg kick but Dmitriev sees it coming and moves out of range.

and Dmitriev counters with a nice body kick.

Pudzianowski throws a solid leg kick but Dmitriev takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Pudzianowski.

Dmitriev moves into the clinch.

Dmitriev drops Pudzianowski onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Pudzianowski is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!
Pudzianowski is still on wobbly legs! Can Dmitriev finish him?
Dmitriev lands an uppercut in the clinch that drops Pudzianowski to his knees! Dmitriev keeps firing more shots against his stricken opponent and the referee jumps in to save him!
