Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Agbay Amiga (ranked 24373 p4p, 24742 weight class) and Helen Salvacion (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Helen Salvacion was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 30 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Agbay Amiga!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 16 - 25 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Helen Salvacion!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Robert Twigg and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Salvacion shoots for a double leg takedown but Amiga sprawls well. He's pushed Salvacion's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
It appears Amiga was looking to counter with a kick there.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Salvacion steps in looking to counter with the mid kick but it doesn't connect.
Salvacion closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Helen Salvacion showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Well Salvacion has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
