Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Andrew Childers (ranked 6171 p4p, 5475 weight class) and Hadji Bolot (ranked 523 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Bolot's choice of entrance music: One Minute Silence's Holyman. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are David Hoff, Daniel Franklin and Sandra Marshall.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Childers throws a sloppy head kick and Bolot moves out of range easily.
Childers shoots in for a takedown but Bolot shows good takedown defense.

Bolot connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Bolot tries to clinch up but Childers circles away and keeps his distance.
Childers dives in for a single leg takedown but Bolot sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Bolot lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Bolot has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Childers after a bit of a struggle.
A short body shot lands from Bolot as the two fighters clinch.
Bolot has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Childers avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Childers drops down looking for a counter takedown but Bolot sprawls and moves away.
Bolot tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Childers swivels and escapes.

Bolot is trying to push Childers away but Childers has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Childers tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Bolot smiles and moves away.
Bolot bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Bolot has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Childers regains guard immediately.

Bolot stands up over his opponent, looking to dive in with a big punch. Here he comes, superman style! Oh, the punch misses and Childers has got him in a triangle choke for good measure! Oh no! Bolot manages to get his head free but now Childers has transitioned to an armbar! Bolot grimaces and is forced to tap! Beautiful Jiu Jitsu from Childers! I'd be surprised if that didn't end up as submission of the night!
