Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ryan Bowers!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 36 - 28 - 3, fighting out of London, Serafim Lupei!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, James Ackerman and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lupei swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Bowers.
Lupei misses with a straight left.
Lupei scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Bowers doesn't seem bothered though.
Bowers swats away the attempt to clinch by Lupei.
Bowers misses with a straight left.
Lupei misses with a low kick.
A jab from Bowers finds it's way through Lupei's defenses.
Lupei ducks right into an uppercut from Bowers.
Lupei looks to land a combination but Bowers avoids it well.
A little feinted left hand from Bowers on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Lupei scores with a nice strike.
We've been told by Bowers's head coaches at ubergym that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Lupei throws out a powerful jab.
We've been informed that Lupei has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Lupei throws a right hand that Bowers ducks under and follows up with a left that Bowers also avoids with ease.
Lupei tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Bowers was well out of range. Poor timing from Lupei.
Lupei misses with an uppercut. Bowers saw that one coming.

Lupei closes the distance and pushes Bowers back into the cage.
Lupei lands a right hand.

Lupei manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
A left hand lands to the body for Bowers.
Bowers lands a right hand.
Lupei gets through Bowers's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Lupei ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Lupei no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Bowers knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Lupei on the ground.
Lupei has his feet on Bowers's thighs here. He's pushed Bowers off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Bowers screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
