Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Dylan Batt (ranked 4258 p4p, 4281 weight class) and Dylan Batt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Dylan Batt! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Dylan Batt! The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Percy O'Donnell and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Fighter B scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Fighter B takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Fighter B misses the shot to the body. A jab from Fighter B does it's job there. Fighter A uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Fighter B.
Fighter B just misses with a punch to the body.
Dylan Batt seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Fighter B just misses with a punch to the body.

Fighter A staying out of range there. Fighter B looks to score with a jab to the body but Fighter A is just out of range. Fighter A rushes Fighter B and presses him up against the cage. Fighter B's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Fighter A closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Fighter B pushes Fighter A away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Fighter A gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control. Fighter B is not content to let Fighter A control the position. Fighter B is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Fighter A has just dragged him back down to the mat.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fighter A swings around for an armbar but Fighter B sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Fighter A's guard. Fighter B would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Fighter A seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. Fighter B tries to stand but Fighter A is controlling from the bottom. Fighter B decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Fighter B scores with a hook. Fighter A wants to clinch up but Fighter B keeps it at a distance. Dylan Batt is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Fighter B throws a jab but it's blocked by Fighter A. Some wild striking there from Fighter A.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fighter B lands a nice shot to the body.
Fighter A throws a series of punches but Fighter B moves out of range. Fighter B lands a really nice looking cross but Fighter A seems unphased.

A little jabbing left from Fighter B on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Fighter A throws a right and a left that both miss. Fighter B's corner calls for a 1-2. Fighter B obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. Fighter A wants to clinch. Fighter B throws a body punch but Fighter A moves out of range. The fight stays on the outside here - Fighter A looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Fighter A throws a right and a left that Fighter B avoids nicely. Fighter A throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fighter B scores with a jab to the jaw. Fighter B just misses with a punch to the body.
It looked like Fighter A was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit. Fighter A looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Fighter A is breathing heavily. Fighter A frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Fighter A trying to control but he's not successful this time. Fighter A is stalling here but it's allowed Fighter B to get half guard.

Fighter B pushes Fighter A off but Fighter A dives into side control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Fighter B stops Fighter A from passing to mount. Fighter B sneaks out the side door and pushes Fighter A away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Fighter B scores with a nice head shot. A big right from Fighter B misses. Fighter B fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Fighter A manages to avoid it. Fighter A attempts a counter takedown but Fighter B avoids it well and moves away. Fighter B fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Fighter A manages to avoid it. Fighter B takes a swing at Fighter A's ribcage but misses. Fighter A closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Fighter B tries to kick Fighter A off but Fighter A keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Fighter B is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first. Fighter A trying to mount his opponent but Fighter B defends it. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Dylan Batt dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! Fighter A keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Fighter A went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected. Fighter A throws a right hand that Fighter B ducks under and follows up with a left that Fighter B also avoids with ease. Fighter B is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Fighter A with a body shot. Jab, jab by Fighter B - just one landing. Fighter B avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Fighter B lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. Fighter B just misses with a punch to the body.
Fighter A tries to clinch up. Fighter A moves in looking to clinch but Fighter B pushes him off. Fighter A takes a shot to the body in his stride.

Fighter A is looking to counter punch. Fighter B scores with a punch to the head. The fight stays on the outside here - Fighter A looks like he's thinking about clinching though. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Fighter B throws a body shot but no joy. Fighter B takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Fighter B lands an overhand right.

Oh Fighter A is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

Fighter A won't be happy about giving up the dominant position. Fighter A seems to have got his legs back now. A telegraphed right hand from Fighter B misses the target. Fighter B misses with a body shot.
Fighter A feints and as Fighter B raises his hands in defense, Fighter A changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Fighter A slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Fighter B wants to get back to his feet. Fighter A tries to move into full mount but can't pass Fighter B's legs. Fighter B is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Fighter A has just dragged him back down to the mat.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Fighter A is trying to get an arm triangle but Fighter B is defending well. Fighter A prevents Fighter B from escaping the position. Fighter A wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Fighter B, who protects the arm well. Fighter B wants to get back to his feet but Fighter A drags him back down. Fighter A goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Fighter B rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Fighter A's guard! Nice work there by Fighter B! Fighter A is working an open guard so Fighter B takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.

Fighter A throws a big counter combination but Fighter B scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage. Fighter B connects with a nice looking jab.
Dylan Batt seems to be getting the better of the standup. Fighter B scores with a punch to the head. Fighter A closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Fighter B's guard. Fighter A looking to pass the guard. Fighter B manages to escape and get back to his feet.

Fighter B feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Fighter As jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! Fighter A throws a head kick that misses. Good standup being displayed there by Fighter B as he connects with a hook. This has been an exciting period of action! Fighter B misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Fighter A.
Fighter A attempts a counter takedown but Fighter B avoids it well and moves away. Fighter A shoots in and bounces Fighter B off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Fighter B has his feet on Fighter A's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Fighter B scores with a sloppy right hand. Fighter A should have avoided that one. Fighter B just misses with a punch to the body.

Fighter A throws a right and a left that Fighter B avoids nicely. Fighter A pivots, looking for a leg kick but Fighter B is out of range and Fighter A settles back down. Fighter A tries to clinch up but Fighter B circles away and keeps his distance. Fighter A misses with a head kick.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Fighter A wants to clinch. Fighter B has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Fighter B quickly recovers to half guard. Fighter B is trying to stand up here but Fighter A is controlling him well. Dylan Batt has got the better of the ground game so far. Fighter B is not content to let Fighter A control the position. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Fighter A lands a nice short elbow. Fighter B pushes Fighter A off looking to stand but Fighter A dives back in and keeps control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fighter A looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Fighter A is pressing down on Fighter B's thigh, looking to free his foot. Fighter B is holding on for now. Fighter A wants to work for an arm triangle but Fighter B is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Fighter A lets loose with a powerful body kick. Fighter B will feel that in the morning. Fighter B looks to score with a jab to the body but Fighter A is just out of range. Fighter A misses with a kick to the body.

Fighter B is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Fighter A presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat. Dylan Batt has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Fighter B lands with an uppercut that bounces Fighter A off the cage and back into range. Fighter A throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Fighter B. Fighter A uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Fighter B.
