Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ishiro Yakatsuka (ranked 4439 p4p, 5265 weight class) and Matsu Sazuki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ishiro Yakatsuka! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Matsu Sazuki! The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Wesley Smith and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sazuki gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Yakatsuka counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Sazuki throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Yakatsuka's waist but Yakatsuka gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Sazuki off to one side. Yakatsuka keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Yakatsuka is looking to counter punch. Ishiro Yakatsuka has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Matsu Sazuki. Sazuki shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Yakatsuka is trying to defend but Sazuki finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Sazuki thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Yakatsuka's head. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Sazuki tries to pass to full mount but Yakatsuka defends it. Yakatsuka pushes Sazuki off looking to stand but Sazuki dives back in and keeps control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sazuki is trying to work for a kimura but Yakatsuka is defending well.
Yakatsuka wants to control but Sazuki is keeping busy.
Sazuki moves nicely into side control. Yakatsuka taking punishment in the form of punches.
Yakatsuka knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Sazuki on the ground. Yakatsuka taking a bit of punishment here - Sazuki scoring with strikes. Sazuki looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Yakatsuka is avoiding damage well.
Sazuki is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Yakatsuka knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Yakatsuka could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Yakatsuka tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Sazuki wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Yakatsuka is trying to control Sazuki's posture but Sazuki avoids it. Sazuki is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Yakatsuka knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Sazuki advances nicely into full mount. Yakatsuka taking shots to the head. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Sazuki throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sazuki lands a heavy shot. That's hurt Yakatsuka! Sazuki sees the opportunity and turns up the heat - strike after strike land to the defenseless Yakatsuka and the ref dives in to save him! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:23 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Matsu Sazuki! A very excited looking Matsu Sazuki rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
