Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Hoozuki Yasumoto (ranked 5343 p4p, 5273 weight class) and Noah Kinsman (ranked 510 p4p, 508 weight class). Hoozuki Yasumoto has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Noah Kinsman!
The judges for this bout are Jeff Smith, Ryoma Takatsuka and Colin Fray.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kinsman pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Yasumoto pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Kinsman misses with a few strikes there.

Kinsman lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Yasumoto backs up against the cage.
It looks like Hoozuki Yasumoto has been cut.
Yasumoto has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Yasumoto throws the kick towards the body but Kinsman avoids it.

Kinsman shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Yasumoto is trying to defend but Kinsman finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Yasumoto tries to kick Kinsman off but Kinsman keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Kinsman looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Yasumoto with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Kinsman is nestled in close to Yasumoto, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Kinsman is sitting in half guard. He's postured up and lands a nice elbow. Oh, Yasumoto is hurt! He's hurt bad - Kinsman fires away with more strikes and the referee jumps in to save Yasumoto from any more punishment! Congratulations to Kinsman! Great finish!
