Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 1, fighting out of London, David Hanson!
The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Tarja Halkonen and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A thudding body kick lands there by Thuta!
Thuta throws a hook but Hanson blocks it.
Thuta misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Thuta moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Good leg kick by Thuta.
Hanson checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Thuta is looking to score with low kicks.
Hanson drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Hanson working the ground and pound but Thuta is defending the strikes.

Hanson tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.

Thuta wants to get back to his feet.
Hanson is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Thuta knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Thuta is looking to reverse the position.
Thuta wants to control but Hanson postures up.
Thuta's coaches at Hare of the Dog Gym have been working on his defensive grappling in preparation for this fight so let's see if he can get out of this tricky position.
Hanson wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Thuta, who protects the arm well.
Hanson tries to land with some ground and pound but misses.

Thuta is looking for a sweep.
Hanson looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Thuta is looking to reverse the position.
Hanson thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Hanson has hold of Thuta's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Thuta tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Hanson cranks the arm and Thuta screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Thuta, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
