Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Alex Burger (ranked 5296 p4p, 6254 weight class) and Joe Biden (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Burger comes into the arena with Rammstein - Du Hast blaring out of the sound system. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Alex Burger!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Joe Biden!
The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, Joseph Jones and Columbo Gatti.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Burger shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Biden counters by clinching up.
Burger tries for a takedown. No joy.
Biden's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Biden changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Burger looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Biden scores with punches from side control.
Biden controlling from side mount.
Biden lands an elbow.
The ground and pound from Biden seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Burger takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Biden lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Burger down.
Biden has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Biden stands up and beckons Burger to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Burger will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Despite the aggression on Biden's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Alex Burger. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Burger doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Biden moves into the clinch.
Burger doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Burger misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Biden drags the fight down to the ground.
Biden wants to stand but Burger is controlling the position.
Biden has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Burger should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Biden has tightened it up now! Burger should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
