Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Phil White (ranked 25540 p4p, 4273 weight class) and Tao Wei (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). White has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Phil White has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Phil White!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Tao Wei!
The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, David Schapiro and Columbo Gatti.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
White throws a series of punches but Wei avoids them all with ease.
White looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
White misses with a double jab.
White fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Wei manages to avoid it.
Wei shoots in looking for a takedown but White manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Wei's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Wei wants to clinch.
Wei lands with a hook. White tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Wei tries to clinch but White moves out of range.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
No luck for Wei with that takedown attempt.
Wei bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Wei slows the pace down.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Wei is working to tighten his grip on White's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. White has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Wei is really squeezing tight and eventually White passes out! Wei breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
