The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The crowd cheers as Lawrence lands an impressive looking overhand right. Murphy doesn't seem phased though.

It looks like Shane Murphy has been cut.
Lawrence keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Murphy throws a head kick but Lawrence moves out of range.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

Lawrence cracks Murphy with a left hand that drops him to the canvas, up against the ropes! Can Murphy get back up in time? 3, 4, 5, 6, 7... he's on one knee... 8, 9... he's up! 'Walk towards me' says the referee. Murphy looks steady enough to continue so we're going to continue!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Lawrence stuns Murphy with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Murphy with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Lawrence to score with a decent uppercut.
