Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Omar Koune (ranked 3731 p4p, 5141 weight class) and Dave Rave (ranked 404 p4p, 475 weight class). Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Dave Rave enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Omar Koune!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Dave Rave!
The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, Bart Greer and Sandra Marshall.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Koune throws a right hand that Rave ducks under and follows up with a left that Rave also avoids with ease.
It seemed like Rave was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Koune thows a left - swing and a miss!
Rave appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body.
Rave dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Rave has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Koune pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
A little jabbing left from Rave on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Rave fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Koune looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Koune swings away with a body shot that misses
and Rave counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Rave is looking to clinch but Koune is avoiding it.
Koune swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Rave cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Rave dips to his left and cracks Koune with an uppercut!
Koune throws a right hand that misses
and Koune takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Koune throws a nice looking combination but Rave bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Rave looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Rave bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Koune's head backwards.

Koune fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Koune throws a lazy uppercut
and Rave cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Koune wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Koune moves away from the strike by Rave.
Koune gets caught by a brutal right hook which buckles his knees! Koune tries to backpedal with his spaghettilegs but Rave is headhunting and goes for the kill. A jab and a right hook connect and Koune buckles badly as his eyes roll back. The referee steps in and saves Koune!! Koune is complaining but he was clearly out on his feet. Rave throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Mmmm spit-tastic.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:17 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Dave Rave!
A relieved looking Dave Rave thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
