Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Seve Simmer (ranked 3987 p4p, 4450 weight class) and Sam Strand (ranked 451 p4p, 477 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Simmer bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
