Bag is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Eye of the tiger. Aric The Wolf is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Aric The Wolf!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Punch Bag!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Percy O'Donnell and Don Winkell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The Wolf misses with the combination.
The Wolf lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Bag tries to score a power double leg takedown but The Wolf sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Bag somewhat.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bag slips a straight right by The Wolf.
Bag dives in and grabs The Wolf's left leg, looking for a takedown. The Wolf pushes down on Bag's head and hops out.
The Wolf went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
The Wolf throws a poor cross that misses
and Bag counters with a straight right hand.
The Wolf looks to land a left hand but Bag moved out of range nicely.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Bag connects with a good right hand that stumbles The Wolf. The Wolf circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Bag defending well as The Wolf loads up on a big left hand.
Bag staying out of range there.
The Wolf just misses with a punch to the body.
The Wolf sets himself, and Bag steps forward looking for the clinch! The Wolf avoids it this time.
The fighters circling - The Wolf throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
The Wolf fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Bag manages to avoid it.
Bag wants to counter the offense by The Wolf and move into the clinch position.
The Wolf throws a jab but it's blocked by Bag.
Bag's coach down at Brotherhood MMA was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Bag's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
The Wolf throws an overhand right that lands on Bag's shoulder, as Bag tries to avoid the shot.
Bag wants to counter with a clinch but The Wolf pushes him away.
Bag steps to the side to avoid the strikes from The Wolf.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Bag gets a double leg takedown into The Wolf's guard.
The Wolf wants to get back to his feet but Bag passes into half guard.

Bag passes the guard and advances to mount!
The Wolf tries to reverse the position but Bag maintains control.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Bag seems to be looking to move to his opponent's back but The Wolf is holding on tight.
The Wolf tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Bag postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. The Wolf looks a forlorn figure.

It looks like Aric The Wolf has been cut.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Bag looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.
The Wolf on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if The Wolf tries to get out of the position.

Bag is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, The Wolf has managed to escape the submission attempt.
The Wolf tries to hold on but Bag postures up.
The Wolf knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Bag on the ground.
Bag landing punches.
The Wolf tries to control the position but Bag now has his back.

Bag sinks in the hooks and is looking for the choke. He's got it! The Wolf taps out!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Punch Bag!
A very excited looking Punch Bag made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
