Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Shigeki Sano and Sosuke Kotani.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Garrett goes for a double leg but Matsuhara avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Matsuhara continues to drive forward.
Matsuhara dives in and grabs Garrett's left leg, looking for a takedown. Garrett pushes down on Matsuhara's head and hops out.

Matsuhara has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Garrett is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Matsuhara postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Garrett covers up, he's hurt! Matsuhara keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Matsuhara and the ref steps in to end the fight! Matsuhara can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
