Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Efds Dfsdsf (ranked 6299 p4p, 3970 weight class) and Lachlan Peters (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Efds Dfsdsf!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Lachlan Peters!
The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Anthony Taglia and Bruno Lombardi.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Peters wants to clinch.
Dfsdsf fires out a quick counter leg kick but Peters just manages to avoid it.
Dfsdsf shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Peters but Peters pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Dfsdsf darts in and clinches Peters up against the cage.
Peters throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Dfsdsfs head.
Peters is trying to push Dfsdsf away but Dfsdsf has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Dfsdsf tries for a takedown but Peters manages to get underhooks.
Dfsdsf gets underhooks to prevent Peters's takedown attempt.
Peters has Dfsdsf pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Dfsdsf manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Peters had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Dfsdsf defends it easily.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Peters is on top in guard.

Dfsdsf is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Peters is controlling him.
Dfsdsf is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Peters dives into side control.

Peters creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Dfsdsf sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
Dfsdsf tries to escape but Peters is in control.
Peters takes a little break here. Dfsdsf wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.

Dfsdsf pushes Peters away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Peters gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Peters slows the pace down.

Dfsdsf is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Peters asserts his dominance and retains side control.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Dfsdsf defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Peters.

Peters rushes Dfsdsf and presses him up against the cage.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Peters shoots in for a takedown but Dfsdsf shows good takedown defense.
It looked like Dfsdsf was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Dfsdsf.
Peters shoots in and drives through. Dfsdsf sprawls well.

Peters tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Dfsdsf has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Peters regains guard immediately.

The fighters are working up against the cage. Peters manages to wriggle his way back to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched against the cage.
Peters tries to break the clinch but Dfsdsf is controlling the position.
Dfsdsf managing to block the knees to the body from Peters.
Peters goes for a takedown attempt but Dfsdsf pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

Peters is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Peters working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Dfsdsf doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Dfsdsf manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

That was a close second round but I would say that Efds Dfsdsf will probably get the nod.

Peters won't let Dfsdsf get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.

Peters is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Dfsdsf can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Peters has control of Dfsdsf's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Dfsdsf regains control of the situation pretty easily.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Dfsdsf wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Peters.

Lachlan Peters comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
