The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dellorusso shoots for a takedown but Scirea saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Scirea connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
The crowd cheers as Scirea lands an impressive looking overhand right. Dellorusso doesn't seem phased though.
Gaetano Scirea seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Dellorusso shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Scirea is trying to defend but Dellorusso finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
