Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Don Rua!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Diabolic KlownZ!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Gwen Towbar and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rua drops KlownZ with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but KlownZ looks back up at him and smiles so Rua waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Rua misses with a two punch combination.
KlownZ throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Rua's waist but Rua gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing KlownZ off to one side.
Rua closes the distance and lands a crisp combination that knocks KlownZ out cold! KlownZ corner are devastated, head in hands behind our commentary position. Poor guys.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:11 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Don Rua!
