The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Montana gets a clinch.
Montana goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Magomedov looking for a takedown.
Magomedov tries to score a body lock takedown but Montana shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Magomedov drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Montana gets the underhooks and prevents it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Azamat Magomedov. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Magomedov has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Montana after a bit of a struggle.

Magomedov definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Magomedov wants to take the fight to the mat but Montana manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.

Montana breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Magomedov takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Montana lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

It looks like Azamat Magomedov has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Montana lands a big uppercut and Magomedov crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Magomedov looks OK. Montana waves Magomedov back to his feet!
Montana closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Magomedov! Montana dives in looking to finish! Magomedov is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
