Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hansi Urpils (ranked 4392 p4p, 4376 weight class) and PApi Dyloxios (ranked 546 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Hansi Urpils! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, PApi Dyloxios! The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Daniel Blasius and Aafke Stam.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Urpils manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Dyloxios on his heels. He'll look to pass Dyloxios's guard now, I'm sure. Dyloxios manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Urpils throws a sloppy head kick and Dyloxios counters with a lovely shot to the body. Urpils fails in his attempt to clinch. Dyloxios looks to land a body kick but Urpils moved away. Dyloxios feints a jab promting Urpils to slip. Dyloxios then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Urpils slips again and ducks right into an uppercut. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! No luck for Dyloxios with that takedown attempt. Urpils tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Dyloxios defends well and Urpils ends up having to push Dyloxios into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Dyloxios drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Urpils defends it well. Dyloxios effectively controlling the action here. Dyloxios jumps guard.
Urpils stands and throws Dyloxios's legs to the side, diving into side control. Urpils throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.
That's one minute gone in the round. You can see the frustration on Dyloxios's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Dyloxios is looking for a sweep. Dyloxios tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Urpils presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount! Dyloxios wants to hold on but Urpils pushes him away.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Urpils wants to control the pace but Dyloxios is squirming around nicely. Dyloxios has given up his back.
Dyloxios is keeping busy.
You can see the frustration on Dyloxios's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
Dyloxios is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Urpils gets his way!

Urpils could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Urpils trying to control. Dyloxios defending nicely against the rear naked choke attempt.
Dyloxios wants to escape the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Dyloxios is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Urpils gets his way!
Urpils looking to finish the fight with a rear naked choke. Dyloxios is controlling Urpils 's left arm and he spins nicely into guard. Urpils controlling Dyloxios's posture. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but PApi Dyloxios will probably get the nod. That's time! Back to the action! Urpils defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Dyloxios. Urpils throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
A head kick misses from Urpils. Dyloxios changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt. Dyloxios closes the distance and clinches. Urpils is trying to stall.
Urpils breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Dyloxios shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Urpils defends it nicely. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. No luck for Dyloxios with that takedown attempt. Hansi Urpils has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of PApi Dyloxios. Urpils is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Dyloxios's half guard. Hansi Urpils overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
That's one minute gone in the round. Urpils is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Urpils tries to pass the half guard into mount. Dyloxios knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Dyloxios is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Dyloxios wants to get back to his feet. Dyloxios tries to roll over but Urpils keeps him under control. Dyloxios is looking to control Urpils's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Dyloxios avoid being mounted? It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Dyloxios looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Urpils throws a chopping leg kick but Dyloxios manages to avoid taking any serious damage. Dyloxios drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Urpils defends it well.

Dyloxios slaps away a takedown attempt from Urpils, before circling back to the center of the mat. Dyloxios closes the distance and pushes Urpils back into the cage. Dyloxios blocks the elbow strike.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Urpils throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Dyloxios is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own. Dyloxios avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Urpils tries to keep at a distance but Dyloxios has taken the fight into the clinch. Urpils wants a takedown but no success here.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Urpils is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Dyloxios pulls him back up using the underhooks. Both fighters working to control the clinch. Urpils trying to land knees to the body.
Dyloxios looking for a takedown. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! The referee calls for Dyloxios to work.
Dyloxios's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Hansi Urpils will probably get the nod. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!

Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Dyloxios walks away with a smile on his face. Urpils gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Urpils is looking to clinch. Hansi Urpils is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Urpils stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Urpils wants it to stay on the feet. Urpils escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Dyloxios stuffs the takedown attempt from Urpils. Urpils gets slowly back to his feet. Dyloxios fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Urpils avoids it really well and circles away. Hansi Urpils has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. Urpils is working for takedown but Dyloxios is calmly controlling the position for now. Dyloxios wants the takedown. Urpils is fighting it off but Dyloxios persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Urpils's guard against the cage. Urpils looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Dyloxios passes into side control.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Dyloxios creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Urpils sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike. Urpils is not content to let Dyloxios control the position. Dyloxios postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Urpils gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dyloxios moves nicely into side control. Dyloxios tries to advance to mount but can't. Urpils parries the strikes from Dyloxios easily there. Dyloxios is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Urpils to escape.
Dyloxios prevents Urpils from escaping the position. Urpils trying his best to control but Dyloxios has mounted him. Urpils tries to hold on but Dyloxios pushes him away. Urpils really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Dyloxios throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
Dyloxios sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it! Urpils sneaks a leg under to get to half guard. Dyloxios looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Dyloxios is working for a submission of some sort.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Dyloxios seems to be working for a kimura but Urpils defends the submission attempt.
And that's the end of the fight! PApi Dyloxios comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Dyloxios has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
