The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Heimler darts in trying to clinch
and Thibodeaux connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Thibodeaux keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Heimler takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Heimler misses the body punch
and Thibodeaux cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Heimler misses with a shot to the body
letting Thibodeaux counter with a right hand.
Heimler misses with a hook to the body
and Thibodeaux counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Heimler thinking.
Nice uppercut there from Thibodeaux.
Heimler is rocked!
Thibodeaux circles away before darting back in with a big straight right hand. It connects beautifully and sends Heimler tumbling to the canvas! He's out cold! Thibodeaux wins by KO!
