Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Bob Cyle!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Dick Buttkins!
The judges for this bout are David Hoff, Dirk Anderson and Bart Greer.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cyle throws a wild body kick that Buttkins sees coming a mile off.
Buttkins shoots in and drives through. Cyle sprawls well.
Cyle leaves Buttkins with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Buttkins tries to clinch but Cyle moves out of range.
Buttkins takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Cyle misses with an attempted mid kick.
Cyle's corner calls for a 1-2. Cyle obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Cyle looks to land a body kick but Buttkins moved away.
Cyle looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Cyle stalks Buttkins and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Buttkins's face. Buttkins staggers backwards, shaken.
Nice body punch from Cyle.
Buttkins tries to clinch
and Cyle counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Cyle pulls out of a head kick attempt.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
A punch combination from Cyle misses.
Buttkins shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Cyle as he avoids it easily.
Bob Cyle has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dick Buttkins.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Buttkins tries to score a power double leg takedown but Cyle sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Buttkins somewhat.
Buttkins misses with a series of wild punches.
Buttkins throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Cyle throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Cyle throws a sloppy head kick and Buttkins moves out of range easily.
Buttkins throws a counter combo.
Buttkins tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Cyle defends well and Buttkins ends up having to push Cyle into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Cyle went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Cyle lands the left hand.
Buttkins feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Cyle kicks Buttkins off and gets to his feet.
Buttkins looks winded!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Cyle is looking to land body kicks.
And Buttkins tries to counter it with a takedown but Cyle pushes his down on his head and steps out.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Sloppy strikes from Cyle. Those never looked like landing.
Buttkins fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Cyle, pushing him back against the cage.
Buttkins keeps control of Cyle as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Buttkins changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Cyle fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Cyle lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Cyle tries to land a body kick
and Buttkins counters with a left and a right that stings Cyle.
A punch combination from Cyle misses.
Cyle bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Buttkins's head backwards.
A lazy left from Cyle finds it's target.
Cyle works the jab nicely.
Cyle scores with a hook.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Cyle misses with an attempted mid kick.
Buttkins moves into range and clinches up with Cyle.
Buttkins manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
Buttkins tries to strike from the bottom.
Buttkins is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Cyle won't allow Buttkins to sweep him here.
Buttkins lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.
Buttkins stands up and waves to Cyle to follow him.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Cyle pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Buttkins back to the cage. Cyle follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Buttkins drives through and clinches with Cyle against the cage.
Buttkins pulls Cyle into guard.
Cyle is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Cyle drops back, looking for a kneebar! Buttkins looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Buttkins looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Buttkins!
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Bob Cyle dominated that round.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Buttkins is defended easily by Cyle.
Cyle is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Cyle scores with the left hand. Buttkins knows he should have avoided that one.
Cyle is looking to chop away at Buttkins's legs.
Buttkins with the counter takedown but Cyle avoids it easily.
Bob Cyle is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Cyle moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.

Cyle throws a leg kick but Buttkins sees it coming and checks it nicely.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Cyle looks to land a combination. Buttkins sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Buttkins is rocked!
Cyle throws a left jab followed by a right to the body, Oh Buttkins colapses and takes a barrage of punches from Cyle as he moves to mount! the ref stops the fight and Buttkins is left battered and dazed whilst Cyle and his camp cheer!
