Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Terry Ryan (ranked 4798 p4p, 24884 weight class) and Dustin Fahey (ranked 453 p4p, 502 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Terry Ryan! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Dustin Fahey! The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Anthony Taglia and Dean Styles.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ryan is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Fahey's half guard. Fahey tries to push off, looking to stand up, but Ryan manages to move to mount!
Fahey is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position. Fahey wants to hold on but Ryan pushes him away. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Fahey can do anything to dispel that myth. Ryan controlling from the full mount. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Ryan has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Fahey tries to lock up and control but Ryan gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Fahey is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Fahey keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ryan looking to control and managing it successfully. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. This is a sustained period of stalling by Ryan. Fahey working to try and regain half guard.
Fahey holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Ryan tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.
Fahey really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Ryan. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Fahey is trying to escape the mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Ryan thowing shots but they're missing. Ryan throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Fahey because Ryan loaded up on that one. Ryan controlling his opponent. Fahey is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
Poor strikes thrown by Ryan there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
Ryan sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Ryan punching from mount but Fahey doing a good job of avoiding damage. Fahey is desperately trying to improve his position but Ryan has a good base and remains in mount.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fahey holds on for dear life. Ryan looking to ground and pound but Fahey is blocking nicely. Ryan looking to control and managing it successfully. Fahey tries to improve his position but Ryan has taken his back! Ryan has a choke - it's sunk in pretty tight... Will Fahey tap? No... maybe... yes! He's tapped! Ryan pushes Fahey away and gets up to celebrate with his corner!
