Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of The Island, John McCoy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, James Island!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Sandra Marshall and Winston Alpacca.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McCoy misses the shot to the body.
Island avoids the body shot from McCoy.
It seemed like Island was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
McCoy throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Island counters with a lovely straight right hand!
McCoy takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Island cracks McCoy with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Island misses with a wild body shot.
Nice defenses there by Island.

Island ducks down and throws a hook to the body but McCoy moves away.
McCoy throws a sloppy body shot
and McCoy takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
McCoy is rocked!
McCoy drops his hands for a split second and Island immediately capitalizes on the opportunity by smashing a powerful hook into McCoy face, sending his mouthguard sailing through the air, much to the delight of the crowd. Island follows up with a right hand that knocks McCoy into next week. He's out cold and this fight is over!
