Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Sss Sss (ranked 6238 p4p, 23822 weight class) and Sss Sss (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 59 - 22 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sss Sss!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 66 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sss Sss!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Wesley Smith and Stewart Dunkirk.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Fighter B stuffs the takedown attempt from Fighter A. Fighter A gets slowly back to his feet.
Fighter B throws a fast counter high kick but Fighter A manages to duck under it in time.

Fighter B shoots in and gets a takedown into Fighter A's guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Fighter B throws a big elbow that misses.
Fighter A has Fighter B pulled in close to control his posture.
Fighter A keeping moving, preventing Fighter B from controlling successfully.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Fighter B stays in close to Fighter A's body and controls the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Fighter A looking to hit a scissor sweep but Fighter B is one step ahead there.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Fighter B is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.

Fighter A feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Fighter A engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
Fighter A being controlled here momentarily.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Fighter A showing good wrestling skills to control the position.
Fighter B controls Fighter A momentarily but Fighter A frees himself.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Fighter A stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Fighter B swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Fighter B being controlled here, momentarily.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Fighter A goes for a double leg but Fighter B avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Fighter B continues to drive forward.
Fighter B follows through with a counter body kick but it doesn't land.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Sss Sss will probably get the nod.
That's time! Fighter A's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.


Fighter A shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Fighter A was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Fighter B wants to control but Fighter A postures up.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Fighter B is trying to escape the position but Fighter A is controlling the position.

That's one minute gone in the round.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Fighter A darts in looking for a takedown but Fighter B gets double underhooks and turns Fighter A into the cage.
Fighter B drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Fighter A defends it well.
Fighter B changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Fighter A fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Fighter B closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Fighter A is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Fighter B wants to control but Fighter A is keeping him busy.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
You can see the frustration on Fighter A's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
A bit of a lull in the action here.
Fighter B trying to control the action but Fighter A is working from the bottom.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Fighter B shoots for a double leg takedown but Fighter A sprawls well. He's pushed Fighter B's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
And Fighter A counters with a quick kick to the body but Fighter B blocks it.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Fighter B pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Fighter A changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Fighter B looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Fighter A slows the pace down.
Sss Sss overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Fighter A seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Fighter B for as long as he can get away with.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Sss Sss dominated that second round.
That's time! Back to the action! This is the final round!

Fighter B throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Fighter A's waist but Fighter A gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Fighter B off to one side.
Fighter A throws a quick counter kick to the body but Fighter B avoids it.
Fighter B looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Fighter A fails to land the takedown.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Fighter B shoots for a double leg takedown but Fighter A sprawls well. He's pushed Fighter B's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Sss Sss has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sss Sss.

Fighter B fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
And Fighter A counters with a quick kick to the body but Fighter B blocks it.
Fighter A is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Fighter B can do to turn this around?
Fighter A moves out of range of the body kick from Fighter B.
Fighter A jinks towards his opponent looking like he wants to counter with a mid kick but doesn't commit.
Fighter A throws a front kick that sends Fighter B stumbling back into the cage.

Fighter A darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Fighter A content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
Fighter B trying to control from the bottom.
Fighter A content to control rather than advance.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Fighter A's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Fighter B is holding on to half guard well.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Fighter A fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Sss Sss has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Sss Sss is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

Fighter A scores with a takedown into Fighter B's guard.

And that's the end of the fight!
Sss Sss showed his dominance in that final round.
Well Fighter A has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
