The fighters connect hands in the middle of the mat and we are under way. Green clinches up with Lefevre and pushes him back against the cage. Lefevre drags the fight down to the ground.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Green showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Let's hope that Green has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. We're seeing a lot of stalling here from Green.
That's one minute gone in the round. Yet more stalling tactics from Green. Lefevre escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Green gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Lefevre being controlled here, momentarily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Green wants to pass the guard but Lefevre is keeping the position. Green is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Green's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. Lefevre will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Lefevre is trying to keep Green in close.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Green tries to free his leg and advance position but Lefevre is retaining full guard. Lefevre is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Green rolls with it to try and escape but Lefevre cranks on the arm and Green is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
