Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Radio Philips (ranked 1130 p4p, 1242 weight class) and Theros Ironfeld (ranked 133 p4p, 149 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 27 - 24 - 1, fighting out of St Petersburg, Radio Philips! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 15 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Theros Ironfeld! The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Nard Betker and Aafke Stam.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Philips throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Ironfeld misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Philips.
Ironfeld walks into a jab. Both fighters circling a little - Philips finishes the exchange with a kick to the body. Philips lands with a hook. Ironfeld tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Philips keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Nice combo by Philips! Oh, that's hurt him - Ironfeld falls to the canvas and Philips follows him into side control.
It looks like Theros Ironfeld has been cut. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Ironfeld is trying to control Philips's posture but Philips avoids it. Ironfeld is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Philips's leg. He's managed it. Nice work. Philips wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well. Philips wants to get back to his feet but Ironfeld drags him back down. Philips is trying to get back to his feet but Ironfeld has full control of the position and if anything, Philips has just worked his way into a worse spot. Ironfeld is looking to finish with some ground and pound! Philips is trying to stand back up. Well, with Ironfeld on his back, surely it's only a matter of time before Philips is tapping out... Can he escape the position? Ironfeld struggling to keep hold of the position.

Theros Ironfeld dominated that round. The cut man is working on Theros Ironfeld's cut. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! A nice inside leg kick there by Philips. That's going to slow Ironfeld down. Ironfeld pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Theros Ironfeld seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Philips throws a right and a left that both miss. Ironfeld misses with a takedown and Philips counters with a lovely shot to the body. Philips stuffs the takedown attempt from Ironfeld. Ironfeld gets slowly back to his feet. Ironfeld misses with a body shot.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Philips throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Ironfeld misses the body punch letting Philips counter with a right hand. Ironfeld closes the distance and clinches up with Philips, looking for a takedown. Ironfeld pushes Philips against the cage but Philips circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Radio Philips has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Theros Ironfeld. Ironfeld fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
That's one minute gone in the round. Philips throws an overhand right that lands on Ironfeld's shoulder, as Ironfeld tries to avoid the shot. Ironfeld avoids the body shot from Philips.
Philips with the inside leg kick. Ironfeld gets tackled into the cage by Philips. Philips maintains the clinch. Ironfeld drops down looking for an ankle pick but Philips pulls his leg out and moves away.
Philips lands a jab followed by a vicious hook that sends Ironfeld sprawling to the canvas. Philips follows him down, looking for the kill. Can Ironfeld hang on? This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Philips decides to stand and escape the position. Philips is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Ironfeld can do to turn this around? Philips chopping away at his opponent's legs.

Philips tries to close the distance and clinch but Ironfeld swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Ironfeld with the counter takedown but Philips avoids it easily.

It looks like Radio Philips has been cut. Ironfeld on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.

An attempted straight right counter from Philips misses the target. Philips takes a swing at Ironfeld's ribcage but misses. Ironfeld chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Philips can pounce on him.
Philips turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Ironfeld tests Philips's chin there with a solid looking shot. Ironfeld waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Philips. Philips is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches. Philips keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Philips, as that shot connected.
Philips lands a brutal head kick. Ironfeld looks out on his feet and Philips throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:14 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Kick and Punches). Radio Philips! A very excited looking Radio Philips made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction. In defeat, Theros Ironfeld stepped up to the mic, saying 'Came in here thinking I could get a chance at that belt, but when the pieces don't fit, the Blacksmith goes back to the forge. I'll be back.'.
