Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 27 - 32 - 0, fighting out of New York, Bill Goldberg!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Hao Qiang!
The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, Donald Grub and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Goldberg fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Goldberg throws a looping overhand right but Qiang ducks down to avoid it.
Qiang moves away from the strike by Goldberg.
Qiang has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Qiang lands a nice looking body shot.
Qiang misses with a hook to the body
and Goldberg counters with a lovely straight right hand!
It looks like Hao Qiang has been cut.
Qiang moves out of range of the body kick from Goldberg.

enabling Qiang to counter with a crisp jab.
Nice uppercut lands for Qiang. That snapped Goldberg's head back.

Goldberg misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Qiang connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Goldberg is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Qiang.
Goldberg walks straight into a right hand from Qiang - that's dropped him! Qiang jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Goldberg from any more punishment! Goldberg complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Hao Qiang!
An out of breath Hao Qiang thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
