Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 9 - 0, fighting out of New York, Peter Kowalski!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Huber Schlesien!
The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Jorge Garcia and Dean Styles.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Schlesien defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Kowalski.
Kowalski gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Kowalski closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Kowalski working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

Schlesien working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Kowalski doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Schlesien is tightening it up a little... Kowalski has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Kowalski reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Kowalski taps out! Nice BJJ there by Schlesien!

In his post fight interview, Huber Schlesien started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
