Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, RollBack TheNineteenth! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Zhyrgal Osmonov! The judges for this bout are Santiago Holmes, Daniel Franklin and Winston Alpacca.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Osmonov waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract TheNineteenth. Osmonov needs to keep his hands up - TheNineteenth had a free shot at his head there. A lazy left from TheNineteenth finds it's target. TheNineteenth scores with a decent looking hook. Osmonov takes a body punch but keeps moving. Osmonov shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as TheNineteenth sprawls well. TheNineteenth wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Osmonov gets slowly back to his feet. Osmonov on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. TheNineteenth connects with a nice looking jab.
TheNineteenth misses with the combination.
Osmonov closes the distance and clinches up with TheNineteenth, looking for a takedown. Osmonov pushes TheNineteenth against the cage but TheNineteenth circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! A combination from Osmonov does no damage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Osmonov finds himself stumbling back on wobbly legs after being clipped by a right hand. He's up against the cage, ducking and weaving under TheNineteenth's strikes but an uppercut finds it's way through and Osmonov falls! - He's completely out of it and the ref jumps in to save him!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:09 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). RollBack TheNineteenth! RollBack TheNineteenth was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
