Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Duke Drosey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rampake Jakkisonni (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Drosey comes to the cage accompanied by Trash. Jakkisonni has chosen Black Betty as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Drosey is coming into this fight with a significant injury, which will no doubt have an effect on his cardio. The key to victory for Duke Drosey has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jakkisonni closes the distance and clinches up with Drosey, looking for a takedown. Jakkisonni pushes Drosey against the cage but Drosey circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Drosey is breathing heavily.
Jakkisonni misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Jakkisonni looks for a takedown but Drosey sprawls well.
Duke Drosey has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rampake Jakkisonni.

Drosey looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Jakkisonni is fending him off so far but Drosey persists. Nope, Jakkisonni circles away and we're back to standing.

Jakkisonni throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Jakkisonni shoots in looking for a takedown. Drosey tries to sprawl out of it but Jakkisonni keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Drosey manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Rampake Jakkisonni seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A nice combination there by Drosey.
Jakkisonni rushes Drosey and presses him up against the cage.

Jakkisonni has Drosey pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Jakkisonni pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Drosey tumbling to the mat - Jakkisonni dives into Drosey's guard.

Jakkisonni looks up at the clock and then as Drosey takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Jakkisonni smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Jakkisonni lands a decent elbow from side control.
Jakkisonni looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Jakkisonni has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Jakkisonni is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Drosey is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Drosey struggling a bit here.
Jakkisonni has hold of Drosey's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Drosey seems comfortable defending it but Jakkisonni has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Drosey is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Drosey is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Jakkisonni couldn't care less - he's delighted!
