Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between John Matrix (ranked 4595 p4p, 5527 weight class) and John Snake (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Snake loads up on a big right hand but Matrix slips the punch.
Matrix tried to counter with a leg kick but Snake avoided it.
Snake fails with a takedown attempt from distance.

Matrix dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Snake. That did some damage!
Snake shoots in and drives through. Matrix sprawls well.
A little feinted left hand from Matrix on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.

Matrix turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.

Horrible takedown attempt by Snake or perhaps it was just good defense by Matrix, which made it look bad.
John Matrix has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of John Snake.

Snake stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Matrix.

Matrix lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Snake is rocked!
Snake gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Matrix gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Snake is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!
