Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Edgar Frankies!
The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Steve Montenegro and John Kavanagh.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Anderson lands with a straight right. Frankies didn't see that one coming.

It looks like Edgar Frankies has been cut.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Anderson.

Frankies explodes and escapes back to his feet! Nice escape there!
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Anderson, as that shot connected.

Frankies shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Anderson's guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Frankies trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Frankies sitting in guard, not really doing much.
Frankies must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Anderson wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Frankies manages to pass to side control.

Frankies looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Anderson is not content to let Frankies control the position.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Anderson is trying to get back to full guard.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Anderson connects with a good right hand that stumbles Frankies. Frankies circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Frankies closes this distance looking for a takedown but Anderson circles away.
Anderson keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Anderson lands a left and a right that send Frankies crashing to the mat, dazed. Anderson thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Frankies is rocked!
Anderson lands a brutal uppercut that launches Frankies off his feet! Frankies tumbles to the floor, barely conscious - the referee jumps in to save him from a beating! Wow, what an ending!
