Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tony Halme (ranked 2006 p4p, 3109 weight class) and Char Donnay (ranked 238 p4p, 355 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Halme might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Katri Helena-Katson autiota hiekkarantaa. Tony Halme has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Tony Halme!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Char Donnay!
The judges for this bout are Chris Saunders, Colin Fray and Jeff Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Halme goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Donnay tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Halme looks to clinch
and Donnay decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Halme's guard.
Halme looking for a sweep. Not yet Halme, not yet.
Donnay stands up over Halme, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Donnay scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
Donnay content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
Donnay scoring with punches to the head and body.
Donnay is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
Halme is rocked!
Donnay loads up on a big left hand. Halme felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Donnay looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Halme can't hide his disappointment, as Donnay celebrates the victory.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Char Donnay!
During a confident post fight interview, Char Donnay thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
Tony Halme was interviewed post fight and said 'just a bad dream.. no way I could lose.. Open your eyes.'.
