Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 1 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Muthafucka Jones!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Fergal Mulroney!
The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Steve Smith and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Both fighters are only really looking to counter, so after a good 30 seconds of circling each other endlessly, the referee has stepped in and told them both to be more aggressive.
Mulroney takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Jones looks to land a left hand but Mulroney moved out of range nicely.
Mulroney appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
A looping hook to the body misses from Jones. Mulroney does a little dance to reset his feet.
Jones misses with a looping right.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Mulroney throws out a loose jab but Jones uses good head movement to avoid it.
Mulroney lands a lovely overhand right.
Mulroney takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Jones throws a looping overhand right but Mulroney ducks down to avoid it.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Jones, as that shot connected.
Jones swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Jones misses with a body shot.
A nice side step and Mulroney releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Mulroney lands with an overhand left.
And that's the end of the fight!
Muthafucka Jones showed his dominance in that final round.
Well Jones has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
