Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Domino Hurley (ranked 3137 p4p, 2243 weight class) and Jalo Ilmarinen (ranked 401 p4p, 297 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Domino Hurley!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jalo Ilmarinen!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, James Ackerman and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ilmarinen slips under a jab.
Hurley throws a body shot but no joy.
Hurley ducks under a wild hook from Ilmarinen.
Hurley swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Ilmarinen lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Ilmarinen.
It looks like Domino Hurley has been cut.
Hurley tries to clinch but Ilmarinen is having none of it.
Ilmarinen closes the distance and clinches up with Hurley, looking for a takedown. Ilmarinen pushes Hurley against the cage but Hurley circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Ilmarinen misses with a double jab.
Hurley swings widly with a right hand
and Ilmarinen counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Ilmarinen missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
Ilmarinen working over Hurley with some ground and pound. Hurley looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
Hurley is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Ilmarinen seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Oh Hurley is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Hurley keeping control of the leg, stopping his opponent passing to mount.
Hurley seems to have got his legs back now.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Ilmarinen connects with a nice short shot to Hurley's temple.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Ilmarinen looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
Hurley trying to keep hold of his opponent's head but Ilmarinen manages to pass to mount!
Ilmarinen tries to push Hurley's head away but Hurley is holding on tight.
Hurley is in all sorts of trouble here.
Hurley on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Hurley tries to get out of the position.
Ilmarinen looking to finish here with some ground and pound. He lands one big shot that has Hurley covering up... and two more big strikes land, forcing the referee to step in and put and end to proceedings! This fight is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:49 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jalo Ilmarinen!
